We find in this Upanishad an attempt to integrate the fire sacrifice of the old Vedic period with the internal yogic sadhana of the later Vedic period. It says that the seeker who knows this method can attain ultimate freedom even without doing the fire rituals or without knowing the paths like Samkhya and Yoga. It teaches us to see the creation as the manifestation of God and to offer the food we consume as an oblation into the fire of our prana. This book comes as a free E-book from our organisation.
